I have always been interested in helping others become and stay healthy physically as well as mentally, emotionally, which led me to attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2013 where I received my certification as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I then started working at LIFT in August 2015 and am currently in the process of getting my certification as a High Intensity Trainer using our Zero Momentum protocol. On my own fitness journey, I was initially drawn to this style of training, and then fell in love with it in only one workout. I love that this program accommodates women and men of all fitness levels, backgrounds and it only takes 15 minutes twice a week. My goal is to help each of my clients meet their own personal health goals. My favorite thing about training is having clients loss inches when we do our frequent measurements.
