I have always had a passion for athletics starting from a young age. I come from a family of swimmers, I took my first lesson at three and never really left the water. I was even a professional mermaid at one time! The love of water eventually transitioned into other sports for me, mainly cross country, dance and cheer, all of which I did into college.

After over a decade of work in aquatics in every aspect including: pool manager, lifeguard trainer, aquatics director, and swim instructor I dove deeper into the fitness industry. I ventured into group fitness and then personal training. I am an A.C.E certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, certified American Red Cross Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED instructor, certified Silver Sneakers, Ageless Grace, Barre and Zumba instructor. I have over 500 hours experience teaching TRX, Cycle, Boot Camp, Barre, Body Conditioning, Chair Cardio, Fall Prevention and Water Aerobics.

More than just getting fit, I try to instill in my clients, and students, an intrinsic connection to themselves, and living a healthy lifestyle. Not just for a short term fix, but a long term change.
