Hello, my name is Tanner Jones and it is difficult for me to put into words how excited I am to be a part of the Lift personal training team. I believe that prioritizing health and fitness in your life is extremely important and is something that should be practiced by every person who wants to live a long, strong, and healthy life. I am very thankful to be a part of this team and have the opportunity to help people with their personal health and fitness journeys. 

I have had a very active life in sports and athletics having played soccer for many years all throughout high school and college. I have always maintained a well-balanced routine of lifting weights in the gym as I fully understand the value of strength. I have found these aspects of my day-to-day life are some of the most enjoyable and rewarding and I love that I have to opportunity to help others on that same path here at Lift Personal Training. I have recently become a father to a beautiful boy so I completely understand that scheduling a workout can be a troublesome task sometimes but, that is also why I think that the format that Lift employs is a perfect fit for everyone. I know that spending 15 minutes, two times a week at Lift is a perfect way to grow your strength, lose weight, and add years to your life, literally. Overall, I am so happy to be a part of the incredible team at Lift Personal training and I am excited to be able to help and motivate others to reach their wellness goals!
