Hi there! My name is Autumn Hargrove and I am super blessed to be apart of the team here at Lift Personal Training! Working out and staying healthy and fit are all things that are extremely important to me! I love it when I have the opportunities to help coach and encourage others to get strong, healthy, and add years of movement to their lives!
I have been working in the health and wellness industry for over 16 years now as a certified health coach. I have had many wonderful opportunities to receive years of training from some of the best functional medicine experts in the field. During this period of time, I began to research and understand the huge health benefits of performing consistent exercise. I had always been athletic as a child and was consistently on some sort of sports team growing up. At this point in my life, exercise is a very important part of enjoying an injury-free, strong, and healthy life. Becoming a certified personal trainer was always a goal of mine as it served a wonderful adjunct to the profession I was already in. I received my personal training certification in 2016 and began training individuals privately in their homes or outdoors at parks. I am so thankful for this opportunity I have here at Team Lift to be able to help motivate and to encourage others in their health and wellness journeys!
