My name is Shaun Johnson and I am a personal nutrition and body coach at LIFT in Liberty Lake. My passion is providing a private, professional, and personalized exercise program to help you achieve and maintain your health and fitness goals.
I have an extensive background in sports, nutrition, and fitness. This is my eleventh year as a personal trainer. I am a certified High Intensity Trainer using our Slow Motion protocol. I was very skeptical of how a 15 minute work out could even come close to how hard I was pushing myself in the gym and I never thought that 15 minutes could possibly be enough time to get a sufficient work out in. After going through my first work out I was amazed at not only on how intense it was, but also how quickly I saw changes in my strength, endurance and waist line. My body changed dramatically after the first 4 weeks of training, I became a firm believer after one workout.

Sondra O'Brien, Trainer
My name is Sondra O’Brien and I’m a fitness coach at LIFT in Liberty Lake. I started working at LIFT in August 2015 and am currently in the process of getting my certification as a High Intensity Trainer using our Zero Momentum protocol. On my own fitness journey, I was initially drawn to this style of training, and then fell in love with it in only one workout. I love that this program accommodates women and men of all fitness levels and backgrounds and it only takes 15 minutes twice a week.
I have always been interested in helping others become and stay healthy physically as well as mentally, emotionally, which led me to attending the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York in 2013 where I received my certification as a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I learned over a 100 different diet theories because no single dietary theory works for everyone. After graduation I started working one on one with women who needed support and guidance in their own personal health journey. I have also taught workshops on a variety of different health-related topics.
I grew up in Montana with a love for the great outdoors and a passion for staying physically active. My outdoor passions include snow skiing, whitewater rafting, rock climbing and hiking/backpacking. I also love a good book and listening to music. I have been married for 14 years and have 3 wonderful children.
Ty Hunt, Trainer
My name is Ty Hunt and I am a fitness coach at Lift in Liberty Lake. I am very passionate about nutrition and fitness. I truly love helping people of all fitness levels achieve results. My focus is to motivate, inspire and encourage you every step of the way.
I decided at a very young age after struggling with my own weight to educate myself on nutrition and rid my world of countless fad diets. Through proper diet and exercise I have been able to achieve lasting and amazing results. During my twenty years working as a nail technician in the salon industry, I began to realize the large amount of women who were struggling with their own health and weight issues. I believe it's never too late to improve your health. With individuals training and proper technique you can be extremely successful.
As a mother I believe it is incredibly important to stay fit and healthy. In my free time I enjoy all outdoor activities with my son. My hobbies include creating healthy recipes, photography, and candle making.
