WHAT TO EXPECT at your first appointment:
On your first appointment we take the time to get to know you, your full medical history and your current health and fitness ability. We want to fully understand your goals and any questions or concerns you may have. Your trainer will educate you on our training protocol as well as the requirements to achieve maximum results. We will then put you through your first training routine. Please come ready to perform a workout and be sure to have hydrated heavily the days prior and make sure you have eaten 2 hours prior to your initial appointment. Your first appointment will take 45-60 minutes.
Training attire – You may be able to wear your regular clothes, but to start out please wear comfortable clothes that are breathable with no belts, buckles or zippers. We do have a changing room for your convenience onsite. Please remember we are a PRIVATE one – on – one training facility. You will be alone with just you and your instructor!
